Security and competitive salary packages
As a 100% government-owned business, you’ll benefit from job security, competitive salary packages and a wide range of benefits secured by enterprise bargaining agreements. Our salary packaging arrangements aim to give you a choice of flexible remuneration options such as salary sacrificing and novated leases.
We pay 14.75% superannuation (2% above the superannuation guarantee of 12.75%) and continue to pay superannuation for employees on parental leave.
