Janita’s dedication to managing customer relationships resulted in Janita winning the Energy Queensland Customer Award for her work with Retailers and Yurika’s Service Provider’s identifying opportunities and improving processes to meet our customer’s business and strategic needs.
Janita is a dedicated Client Services Manager and primary point of contact for our customers, adopting a partnership approach to ensure satisfaction with Yurika’s Products and Services. Along with a secondary safeguard which comes with Janita’s solid understanding of the National Electricity Market and Power of Choice obligations Janita has the ability to think outside the box in order to identify enhancement opportunities and to improve processes to meet our customers business and strategic needs.
