Michael Phillips
A strong leader, Michael is at the forefront of the evolving energy market.
With over 30 years’ experience in the energy industry, Michael has specialised in electricity networks and is currently the Delivery Manager for Yurika’s Energy & Infrastructure team. He is responsible for the delivery strategy for all contracts that support Yurika’s infrastructure department. His many years of commercial experience in procurement and supply and contract negotiations contribute to his success in this role.
A strong leader, Michael has managed small project teams through to large teams of over 150 people, growing teams with vision and purpose, that deliver solid business and customer outcomes. He is at the forefront of the evolving energy market, adapting infrastructure solutions for the specific needs of Yurika’s customers.
Michael is a big believer in people underpinning the success of any business, and advocates for strong process and system requirements to manage, report and control projects throughout their lifecycle. Michael has a Bachelor of Information and Technology, Diploma in Project Management and holds a Queensland Electrical License as a qualified Electrical Fitter/Mechanic.
