Sarah has over 20 years’ experience within the electricity industry specialising in customer relations, developing solutions, and resolving complex issues. She enjoys building the foundations to form a strong relationship and successful team environment between Yurika and our customers.

Sarah is the primary point of contact for Ergon Energy Retail, applying her expert understanding of the National Electricity Market and Power of Choice obligations, along with her strong background in Distribution. Sarah works with her customers to identify enhancement opportunities and to improve processes to meet their business and strategic needs.

With Sarah’s authentic and compassionate approach, her flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, and her extensive end-to-end Customer Connection experience, she sees customer satisfaction by providing guidance and support along the customer journey.
