Hillston solar farm

Our customer
GRS is part of Gransolar, a vertically integrated group that covers all the needs of large-scale photovoltaic projects, from engineering to energy storage.
Their objective
Hillston solar farm is a 119MWdc solar photovoltaic development located 3.5km south of the township of Hillston in south-west New South Wales. The solar farm powers the equivalent of 48,000 homes each year. GRS sought a partner to carry out the design, construction and commissioning works for a new solar farm substation.

The solution and outcome
