Wagga is a major regional city in the Riverina region of New South Wales, 450km south-west of Sydney.  Wagga North solar farm is located approximately 7km north-east of the city of Wagga Wagga. 

We were engaged by Metka to build a 66/22kV 60MW substation as part of the solar farm development. This included an upgraded overhead 66kV powerline back to the Transgrid Wagga Wagga substation and point of connection. The project supports the Transgrid local electricity network.
