Accurate metering requires the right tools for the job. New SATEC meters offer exciting potential for Yurika customers.
Yurika is a market leader in commercial metering services, and a new partnership with global metering supplier SATEC promises to give Yurika customers access to the latest energy management solutions.
The first product for Yurika launch is the EM133-XM, ideal for electric vehicle charging and submetering.
Brad Pye, Yurika General Manager Metering is excited about the potential for Yurika customers.
“Accurate metering is critical to data integrity and making sure the information you’re collecting will improve your operating efficiency and help you make informed decisions about your consumption.
“That requires the right tools for the job – the right meter, systems and data analytics, and the right team supporting you to interpret and use that information,” said Brad.
“Traditionally there haven’t been a lot of options for customers in the sub-metering space, so the new EM133-XM gives more choices, plus it’s an incredible space saver – it fits in the palm of your hand,” said Brad.
This makes it an excellent option where space is at a premium, plus it’s suitable for both single and three phase electricity, and compatible with direct connect and CT metering.
With a Modbus output and 2 pulse inputs built-in and an optional external 4 pulse input module, the EM133-XM offers flexible solutions for multi-utility metering.
It’s also a great option for metering electric vehicle fleets.
By partnering with SATEC the relationship means collaborating on solutions to remain at the forefront of metering technology.
Ron Davis, Managing Director of SATEC is looking forward to a long-term relationship and future development plans.
“We are excited about our engagement with Yurika.
“Our long-term development and evolution of the EM133-XM provides not only compliance to National Measurement Institute patent approval but features and standards compliant for use by electric utilities in the Australian market,” he said.
