High speed fibre project for Council

We’re delivering, in partnership with the South Burnett Regional Council, a highspeed, high availability fibre optic telecommunications network in Nanango and Kingaroy. The fibre optic project is proudly funded by the Queensland Government’s Regional Economic Futures Fund (REFF) and will provide options that are independent of other telecommunications networks in the region, offering redundancy and diversity for education, health, and all businesses across the region.
Establishing enhanced connectivity through the fibre builds proposed in the South Burnett project will drive competition in telecommunications services throughout the region. Creating a fibre link that is independent of the current available telecommunications service will allow for local businesses to choose higher speed connectivity at competitive prices. High speed connectivity in the region will have economic and social benefits for the local community and assist with attracting industries to the region that are reliant on high-speed connectivity.
